Ltd. specializes in heavy steel fabrication and has evolved into a key player in the Electric Vehicle (EV) space, particularly in the L3 segment of three-wheelers. With a strong industrial client base across multiple sectors, ADM is proudly ISO 9001:2015 certified for manufacturing sheet metal and fabricated components for EVs.

Ltd., is a visionary entrepreneur leading the charge toward sustainable and smart mobility solutions in India. With a strong background in global energy and finance, Uday brings decades of international experience and a bold, future-focused approach to automotive innovation. Born in New Delhi and an MBA in Finance from Stony Brook University, New York, Uday began his career in the dynamic world of energy and commodities trading. Gaining international recognition as one of the most innovative fund managers in electricity during the U.S. market deregulation era, he led major oil, gas, and power portfolios across the U.S. and Europe. Driven by a passion to transform India’s mobility landscape, Uday returned to his roots and established ADM Technologies as a hub for cutting-edge electric vehicle development and precision automotive manufacturing. Under his leadership, ADM has become a trusted name in the EV sector, delivering robust solutions that align with India’s clean energy mission. At ADM Technologies, Uday continues to push boundaries—fueling growth, nurturing innovation, and building strategic partnerships to drive the future of electric mobility.

Mr Deepak Handa

Mr. Deepak Handa, a seasoned professional with almost three decades of industry experience, currently serves as the Vice President of ADM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Holding a B.Tech degree from Mohali, Punjab, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership in various roles. With a strong foundation in engineering and management, Mr. Handa’s career path has been marked by significant contributions to the industry. Prior to his current position, he held the distinguished role of General Manager at Omega Brightsteel, where he played a pivotal role in the Quality and NPD departments. His journey in the automotive sector began at Swaraj Mazda, setting the stage for his remarkable trajectory in the field. Mr. Handa’s wealth of experience and insights make him a driving force in the realm of technology and innovation. His dedication to continuous growth and unwavering commitment to excellence make Mr. Deepak Handa an indispensable asset to the realm of technology and business leadership.
